Rare & Important 18th C American Rhode Island Chippendale Curly Maple Chest Of Drawers. The Flat Top With Molded Edge Above A Conforming Case With Six Graduated Drawers, The Top Drawer Simulating Three With A Central Carved Fan, Supported On A Tall Bracket Base Feet. Height: 48 1/2" Width: 36" Depth: 18 3/4" Original Mellow Nut Brown Patina. In A Superb State Of Original Preservation. Provenance: Found In Holliston, Massachusetts, Circa: 1950, By Simon Nager; David Grossman, Boston; Israel Sack, Inc., New York.
