One Very Fine 19th C American Hudson River Large Landscape Oil Painting Signed Lower Right By Current Unknown Artist: Dickerson A Charming Oil Painting With Four White Sale Boats In Distance, A Man With A Riffle Standing In Front Of A House. Attributed To Be Painted In The Narrows Which Is During The Revolutionary War Near West Point On The Hudson Was A Look Out Station To Prevent British Vessel From Sailing Up The Hudson By Pulling A Chain Accross The River. Recently Acquired From A Dorset, Vermont Residence. Framed Size: 37 1/2" X 46 1/2" Canvas Size: 30" X 39" Excellent Condition Circa: 1840-1875 Contemporary Frame
