Superb Classic 19th C Shaker Four Fingered Box - Mt. Lebanon,N.Y.

This is a very fine classic middle period 19th century Shaker three fingered yellow mustard wash covered oval Mount Lebanon, N.Y. storage box - circa 1840 - 1860 - in a superb state of original preservation. Mellow choice patina - Height: 3 1/8" Length: 7 1/4" Depth: 4 3/4" Branded inside of lid: E. Sheldon.
