This is a very fine classic middle period 19th century Shaker five finger large walnut stained covered oval Mt. Lebanon, N.Y. storage box - circa 1840 - 1860 - in a superb state of original preservation. Mellow walnut nut brown patina - Height: 5 1/2" Length: 13 3/8" Depth: 9 3/8"
