Rare & Important 19th C Folk Art Portrait Of An Attractive Young Girl By Attributed: Artist William M. Prior. Completely Original And In Untouched Condition Circa: 1835-1845 In A Superb State Of Original Preservation Oil On Artist Board In Original Period Mahogany & Mahogany Veneer Frame. Original Surface. A Delightful New England Gem! Frame Size: 15 3/4" X 20" Image Size Measured From Inside Front Of Frame Is: 9 1/2" X 13 3/4", Image Measurement From Backside Over Lapping Frame Is: 11" X 14 1/4" There Is Approximately 3/4" Overlapping The Back Inside Of The Original Frame. Excellent Condition. In A Superb State Of Preservation. Origin: Found On Nantucket
