Super early 19th century American olive green paint decorated & gilt stencilled arrow back windsor settee which is in an excellent state of original untouched preservation, with its original unaltered painted surface. There are four gilt, painted, highlighted salmon stenciled classical cornucopias decorations on the back in untouched condition. It has very nice proportions, refine carved scrolled arms on the inside or each arm and it has survived in an excellent state of preservation. Full height. Large one board plank seat. Circa: 1810-1820 Height of back: 34", Height of seat: 18", Length: 76", Depth: 21 1/2" Solid construction. Excellent Condition
