This is a fine 20th century American oil painting of a young lady playing a pianoforte within a living room setting while her pet cat listens seated on a chair facing her. Artist: Marguerite Pearson, signed lower right. This painting has survived in an excellent state of preservation without damage, repair, restoration, etc. in its original frame. Purchased from the artist with single owner provenance. Overall excellent condition.
