Rare & Important 18th C American Chippendale Flame Cherry High-Style Connecticut River Valley Eight Drawer Tall Chest. Wonderful cornice molding, graduated drawer configuration, double center dropped scalloped skirt, superb tall bracket base, all with its original untouched surface and original brasses. Signed: Caleb H. Dated: 1791. Warm mellow reddish brown patina. In A Superb State Of Preservation.
